Rod Tremlett Named Assistant Coach of AUS U15 Girls

Basketball NT congratulates our High Performance & Development Manager, Rod Tremlett, on his appointment as Assistant Coach of the Australian U15 Girls team for the Oceania Cup.

Rod has been with Basketball NT since 2016 and has spent almost 30 years in the Basketball Australia coaching and development pathway. His coaching career includes an NBL Championship with the Illawarra Hawks, Head Coach roles with the Illawarra Hawks Women and Darwin Salties Women, and bronze with the Australian U18 Men's 3x3 Asia Cup team.

He will work alongside Head Coach Zoe Carr when the Oceania Cup is played in Auckland from 30 November to 5 December. This weekend, Rod heads to the Centre of Excellence in Canberra for the Under 15 Australian Development Camp, a selection precursor to the tournament.
